The Town of Pine Bluffs Community Center offers a welcoming space for residents, groups, and businesses to host events. To ensure a smooth rental experience, prospective renters must complete a Community Center Rental Agreement and adhere to all local laws and ordinances. 

Facility availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and renters are responsible for any damages incurred during their event. You will be charged an hourly rate of $45 for the use of the facility.
A clean up/damage deposit of $100 is charged for all events. If alcohol is served at the event the deposit is doubled to $200. This deposit is due with your Facility Application and may be paid in cash or by check made payable to Town of Pine Bluffs. Deposits will be subtracted from the total facility charge providing the cleanup of the facility was sufficient and no damages were incurred to the facility or its components.
