Municipal Court
Responsibilities
Municipal Court administers the operation of the judicial branch of the Town Government according to the ordinances adopted by the Town Council.
Cases adjudicated in Municipal Court include misdemeanor complaints covered under Town Code and those State Statutes that are incorporated into the Town Code, occurring within the jurisdictional limits of the Town of Pine Bluffs.
The following items are not allowed in the courtroom and may be confiscated:
- Cell phones
- Cameras and other recording devices
- Food or beverages
- Reading materials
- Weapons or anything that can be used as a weapon
- You cannot wear hats, caps or other head wear in the courtroom

Court is held the first Wednesday of the month at 5:30pm at the Pine Bluffs Municipal Building,1st Floor North Wing, 215 Main Street.
