Proclamation of Election
Offices to be filled are:
Council Member four (4) year term (select 2) for upcoming elections in 2024
Mayor four (4) year term (select 1) for upcoming elections in 2024
No more that fifty-five (55) nor later than thirty-five (35) days preceding the municipal election each candidate for a Town office shall sign and file with the Town Clerk a nomination application.
Filing dates for the 2024 election are May 16 through May 31, 2024, there is a $25.00 filing fee.
Every candidate, whether successful or not, shall file under oath a fully itemized statement of receipts and expenditures within ten (10) days after the election with the Town Clerk. Voting for the all elections will take place at the Pine Bluffs Community Center located at 708 Lawson, 7am - 7pm.
To register to vote you can come into the Town Hall at 215 Main St. You will need to register 30 days prior to the election date or you can register the day of. We will need to get a copy of your drivers license at that time.
The elections will be held at Pine Bluffs Community Center located at 708 Lawson, Pine Bluffs.
1.Candidates for municipal office must be a registered voter and a resident of the municipality and ward which he seeks to represent. (W.S. 22-23-301)
2. Fill out "Application for Office" form. Click on link below.
3. Return form to Town Hall, 215 Main, in the time frame listed on Application.
